Very prompt in making appointments. Love how the employees know the regulars and talk with the animals as much as the people. Quick to let you know of any possible delays. Always friendly.

We went to NH Vet because someone directed us to one vet in particular. Two older, but completely healthy animals, dead within months of walking through their doors. Thousands of dollars spent and two dead companions later, we can say without reservation this is the worst veterinary service we have ever experienced. Growing up with animals, we always sought out the best care for our animals. At NH veterinary hospital we encountered complacency and disinterest, starting at the desk staff and extending to the vets. We specially requested one vet because the vet had been recommended. Everytime we made an appointment we were assured our pets would have the consistency of the same vet. However, once there, it became a game of hit and miss. They would stick us with the next available vet regardless of their promise of stability. They knew our financial situation was not strong but would not provide any resources accordingly...although we watched it happen for other clients. Vet after vet expressed little compassion and less information but they had no hesitation handing us outrageously high bills. If they had displayed any authentic sense of concern or care for our pets...we might feel differently, but they did not...no TLC, no one on one information time, they simply booked another appointment with yet another vet who would give conflicting information to us. No warmth and no sincerity was ever shown to us as clients, or worse, to our pets as patients. It was a stressful situation for our pets each visit. Our pets were treated with a lack of compassion, and as full paying clients we were shown little respect. We remain extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and more important, their lack of heart. There was no reason our pets needed to die at this point in time. There is no way we would recommend anyone seek out their services...as their services were only self-serving.
