Very helpful n friendly staff very clean place breakfast was right on with good variety, very welcoming
Room was OK for cheap hotel. Hotel is right next to train tracks that blew horn consistently. Was extremely disappointed in management as hotel would not allow change in reservation a week in advance (wanted to revise from a 2 night stay to a 1 night stay) and was completely focused on getting every dollar they could.
Fairly clean and acceptable accommodations. Problems are : walls paper thin. 8PM sitting in room and sounds of baby noises seemed to be coming from hallway opened door and found the noise coming from across the hall room with door closed. That resolved but noises started from floor above around 11PM and continued until after 1AM. Investigated. Kids running and banging inside room. Tried to call front desk. NO answer . Finally complained to front desk in person. No resolve. Complained to room upstairs myself. Got blown off. . Front desk said he went up twice. Interestingly as I mentioned to him about the too often lack of good parenting these days...no limits....not teaching boundaries and respect there is a little kid 5-6 years old that I noticed in the lobby spinning on a chair in front of a computer desk with a teddy bear.I say to the night clerk ...well there is an example for you right there.....11:30 PM and this 5 yo is in the lobby. Night clerk confesses it is HIS KID !!!! And this night clerk has been the only staff on duty since early evening and said he is the only one there until 7 AM !!! Said it was "come to work with daddy night" !!! Absolutely unbelievable. This guy said he had circled the building outside twice to identify the noise. He also came to our room to take care of a plumbing issue. No maintenance staff on duty either. So where was his kid when he was out and about ??? Not seeing management would approve of this and I think it borders on child neglect. SO...he tells me at 11:40 PM not to worry he has a room for the kid who will go to bed shorty ?!? WTH ? 1:04 AM noise upstairs continues. Night clerk's kid still in lobby. Management and staffing issues at this hotel. Will not be back.
I stayed at the Comfort Inn in New Holland in a room with a king size bed. The room was perfect... Nice and clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful when it came to late night choices for food. I would highly recommend staying here.
They do a great job here! Nice minimal breakfast with everything you might need. Great China food across the street. Nice touch of woodwork thru out the building. Fits in so nicely with the area. Maids were very polite (thank you) and front desk so welcoming and happy (thank you)!
