Everything was pretty good ..........except the stereo and sunroof didn't work. They fixed the radio and wouldn't do the sunroof (said that I would have to pay) and there was a shimmy in the rear end they said they would fix but made it worse! I think their auto repair service, parts department needs alot of improvement! Very frustrating, but I will give kudos to management, I was flipping out and they found loop holes that saved me ALOT of running!!!!

Service Dept. needs improvement. I purchased my vehicle from them a few years ago. I called to schedule an inspection and emissions appointment. At that time, I asked them to look at my window trim. It is bulging and appears to have come off the track. I know he understood because he asked which side it was on. On my way home I realized that they were to fix the trim. I didn't think of it when I left. When I got home I looked at it. They never did anything with the trim. I don't live near the service center. It is quite an inconvenience to drive there for service and sit and wait. That is why I reported it prior to my appointment. I called the number on my service report to convey my displeasure. I left a message and I still have not received a return call. Poor customer service.
Certainly not impressed with the sales staff (Joe Galie) or management. We bought our first car as a married couple there over the summer and basically weren't treated with respect. Calls and texts to the salesperson about price went un-returned. In fact, it was so bad that I called and spoke with a manager (before buying the car) because the salesperson wasn't returning my calls/texts, which is unbelievably frustrating when you're offering someone a lot of money for something. They eventually caved in most of the way, but negotiating definitely took a lot of time and work. I really didn't want to work with the salesperson anymore (and told the manager as such), but they made us work with him anyway. The salesperson didn't earn his commission in my book because of how unresponsive he was. In general, the folks there seemed to look down on us because we're a younger couple not willing to spend the big bucks on a vehicle (maybe I'm wrong about why they treated us the way they did, but it seemed like we were looked down upon). The rotors on the car needed to be fixed, even though the dealership didn't tell us about that issue (my mechanic found it before we bought the car). I made sure to remove the "New Holland Auto" sticker from the back of the car once I got home, cause I certainly will not be recommending the dealership. Oh, and they offered a very small trade-in amount for my old car (even the salesperson said I should sell it privately to get a lot more money).
This was a great experience purchasing our car. Tony was exactly the kind of sales person that we enjoy working with: honest, patient, helpful, and allowed us to feel comfortable without ever feeling annoyingly pushed towards anything or rushed ( which was my experience at other car dealerships, and precisely why I looked elsewhere). He was so nice and really made our entire experience easy and enjoyable! We will definitely be going to Tony and New Holland Auto again in the future when we're ready to trade in our SUV.
